Exactly USAA member. Are you serious? They tried to steal my van and pay me pennies for it. It wasn’t totaled and wasn’t worth 2k. Had to get an independent adjuster and lawyer to get ready it was worth, and they refused to say it wasn’t totaled
I pay 300 dollars a month for liability only for a 2011 sonata . I am sick of making a car payment every month for the least insurance especially. Help! Does anyone know a cheap company or any tricks to help ??
You came just in time. MetroMile is no longer and they converted me over to Lemonade the very worst insurance company I’ve ever had in my life. Name should be changed to Lemon. I was supposed to get a pay out in two days and it’s been over two months I hate them
USAA IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY OUT THERE YOU HAD BETTER RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY WILL CHANGE APPRAISERS AND GO AS FAR AS DISCONNECTING THAT APPRAISERS NUMBER!!
I really love USAA and have been a loyal customer for 20 years, but I am shopping around now for quotes with AAA. I will give Travelers a try as well, and it is a shame because it’ll be a loss for the company who has treated me well – I have 4 cars, 2 homes, a trailer, and a 5th wheel insured. Other coworkers have done the same and they tell me you have to jump insurers in order to get a lower rate.
And I’m sure he wasn’t paid a dime from none of those companies to say that right? Just like those ads saying that you can get full coverage for $29 a month

All car insurance is a waste of money. I think it’s stupid that it’s mandated where I live. I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s incompetence.
USAA was the worst for me. I had to be in constant contact, and even with dashcam footage I had to tell them to go back to arbitration, because they couldn’t figure out what lane I was in or what car I was driving, multiple times. Would not trust them, I switched as soon as I could.

I have progressive but they didn’t honor the rate they quoted so I’m dropping them. I received something in the mail from travelers so I’m going to check them out

USAA is insanely good. My dad got hit by a distracted driver, USAA paid for about 3 months of his rental car while he looked for a new vehicle

I was paying 500$ monthly with Geico. And I just switched over to USSA and saving way more money.
